What's New!All of our guests are welcome to join us each morning for a complimentary breakfast in the Bay Vista Pavilion Room. We served our first breakfast last summer on July 26th and look forward to serving our guests all this summer. The Pavilion our new multi use facility which is where we serve our complimentary breakfast. As well we provide a meeting space that is available for groups and family gatherings. This new meeting room has a spectacular 2nd storey view over Hope River and New London Bay. Gather together and enjoy the cathedral ceiling and pine wood finish. A meeting room like no other with lots of light, air conditioning and small kitchenette to accommodate your needs. Call for more details on how you can meet in our new room. Breakout areas include the first floor breakfast room and the side gazebo deck. Multi function for your group; the possibilities are endless.
The Montgomery Theatre at Avonlea Village in Canvedish was the church Lucy Maud attended while visiting her Aunt Annie and Uncle John Campbell in Park Corner. This Long River Prebyterian Church was moved from it's orginal location about 10 years ago and restored to it's current splendor. It was here, as a young child that Lucy Maud imagined that heaven was in the attic of the church. And if she ever needed to talk to her dead mother, she could get a ladder and find her there. As a proud founding Patron of the Montgomery Theatre we will be happy to reserve show tickets for you. Please inquire for more details.
