Smoking Policy

Dear Guest:

Please be reminded that this is a NON-SMOKING ROOM. In the case that if someone is found smoking within the room, it is our policy to apply an additional $200 charge to your account for additional cleaning to the room. We hope you respect the fact that this is a NON-SMOKING establishment and that it is expected to be just that. Also with the current change in laws regarding Marijuana, we do ask that those of you who do smoke it, smoke

15 meter from all rooms, we have a very large property so there are many locations to go and smoke. There will also be a $250 fine if found that a guest has smoked marijuana in or near a room.

Pet Policy

Here at the Bay Vista Motel we are happy to allow pet owners the opportunity to have their pets share the island experience, we understand just how much a pet can be a part of the family. The following are our guidelines to having your pet stay with us.

Pet friendly rooms must be pre-arranged upon making your reservation and you must register your pet upon checking in.

We reserve the right to decline pet stays for rooms that are not prearranged/approved.
We are not responsible or liable for watching over unattended pets
We reserve the right to evict guests whose pets cause damage, excessive noise and disruption of other guests
Do not leave pet unattended for long periods of time
You are required to always clean up after your pet. You are financially responsible for any damages caused by the pet. This includes odors, stains etc.

Seafood Policy

We request that you please refrain from eating or bring seafood into the rooms. The smells make their way into the fabrics of the room and the juices often get sprayed or spilled. There will be a $200. If you do not comply, to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Reservation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.

We do allow pets at our Motel, but we do ask that guests let us know if you are bringing a pet, as we have specific pet rooms and there is a one time charge of $10 for any pets
No prepayment is needed.
Check-in time is any time after 3 pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance.
Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability. Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill.
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of $100 per day.
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask the reception
